Peugeot Road bikes have always been built with the needs of sportive amateurs in mind, who are best served with a strong, long lasting frame and reliable components.
The frame is made from Peugeot's own 103, which is ubiquitous on their bikes from the late 1970s and early 1980s. The frame has front and rear eyelets making it easier toinstall bag carriers/mudguards. The frame also enjoys relatively large tire clearance allowing for bigger tires which in turn makes for a comfortable pavement beater. The bike has been converted to a no-fuss singlespeed set-up with a straight handlebar.
