This Trek 1.2 is the perfect machine for someone who wants to get into cycling as a sport. The 7005 aluminium frame and carbon fork keep things light. The frame's geometry is sporty yet relatively relaxed. This makes for a less aggressive riding position.

Hinting at the bike's versatility is the inclusion of eyelets on the stays and forks, to aid the fitting of mudguards/racks. 

The bike is kitted out with Shimano Tiagra 9x2 speed with integrated shifters, dual-pivot brakes and smooth-spinning Bontrager hubs and rims. FSA Vero crank 50/34, SRAM 11-26 9-speed cassette, Cane Creek Ahead semi-integrated headset, Bontrager saddle pen, 31.8 handlebars and Bontrager saddle.
