Gazelle Champion Mondial Special AA Reynolds 531c Campagnolo Nuovo Record

A special bike. This Champion Mondial AA Special was produced in1982. This is the first time the AA Special was introduced, which became the very top of the Champion Mondial model. The striking blue on blue colour scheme has been carried from the frame onto the componentry. 

This frame is constructed from Reynolds 531c Competition steel tubing and features Campagnolo dropouts. The frame is engraved on the rear brake bridge and the fork crowns feature light blue animals which are emblematic of the marque. The Campagnolo downtube shifters and the Cinelli stem also feature Gazelle pantographs. 

Frame size 58 CT, top tube 56cm. Reynolds 531c tubing frame, fork and stays. Campagnolo drop outs.

Gazelle

Royal Dutch Gazelle is the largest and most famous bicycle manufacturer in the Netherlands. It has been making durable, quality bicycles in its Dieren factory in the Netherlands since 1892. The famous Dutch bicycle brand had a range of professional road bikes which were hand-built by skilled craftsmen in the "Special Racing Division" workshop.
