This Mercier Special Tour de France is as practical as it is beautiful with double hand brake levers and bag carrier. Vintage components such as the Normandy high-flange rims, Weinmann wheels and Mafac Racer brake callipers look as though they have not spent a day outside. New bar tape and Elvedes stainless steel brake and gear cables.
