These cyclo-cross brake style levers, also known as interrupter levers, are a great option for keeping your vintage road bike's traditional drop-down bar whilst moving the braking position to riding with your hands on the top.

These are especially useful for fitting older French handlebars, like those typically found on mixtes, which have a slightly wider grip diameter than normal older handlebars.
