1977 Gazelle Trim Trophy 54cm

A quality Dutch classic comes in an eye-catching metallic cherry-red colour. The original paint and decals are in excellent condition considering the bike is 45 years old! The Gazelle Trim Trophy was Gazelle's second from top-of-the-range bike at the time and features detailed lugs, Campagnolo lugs and Reynolds 531 steel frame tube. The bike has a racing pedigree with sporty geometry but it also has front and rear eyelets for mudguards and or bag carriers - making this a great base for a vintage randonneur/touring bicycle. 

Paired to the gorgeous frame is a complete Suntour VX groupset including the lesser spotted VX crank and pedals. Also not as common are the Universal Super 68 brake callipers and characteristic angular brake levers. SR stem, Miche hubs, Maeda freewheel.
