We have a serious soft spot for vintage Concorde bicycles at our shop. When it comes to 80s/90s vintage Italian steel - they provide fantastic value for money. Probably our favorite part about them is their unique paint jobs - and this bike is an exemplar of that.
The Italians from this era are revered for their frame building, however they do not have a good reputation with paint! Concorde's get around this problem as the frames were made in Italy (by Billato or Ciocc) and then painted at Concorde's store in Belgium.
The model is uncertain but its made from Columbus Thron, has Ultech dropouts, chromed fork and rear triangle, fork and bridgestay engravings and a brazed-on Italian flag. All indications of a middle-higher end model such as the Astore.
The frame is kitted with complete Campagnolo Athena 8x2 groupset. Campagnolo hubs laced to gunmetal grey TX Wolber Profil rims wrapped in Continental GP 5000 tires.
57cm center to center, 59 cm center to top suitable for people 175-188cm
