* Replace brake blocks with high-quality (Elvedes or similar).
* Replace gear cables with stainless steel cables.
* Replace bar tap with high-quality, extra grippy, black bar tape.
*Deep clean including surface rust removal
*New cassette/freewheel and high-quality KMC chain
*Bottom bracket overhaul (if the old one is good quality) or replace with a modern sealed bottom bracket.
*Replace and repack wheel bearings.
* Replace old tires with new tires from A brand (Schwalbe, Michelin, Kenda etc.) and new tire tubes.
