This early 90's Giant Speeder Lite has a high-quality lightweight double-butted Hi-Tensile steel frame and fork. This is combined with a complete Shimano Exage Motion (7x2) geared groupset, with indexed (shifting that "clicks" for every gear). and aero brake levers (which are easier to press from the top).

New stainless steel brake cables, new saddle, new rear brake blocks, new Kenda front tire. 

This bicycle has a 52cm frame (just about the smallest frame you can get while still having full-sized wheels) and is suitable for people approximately 157-167cm.
