Motobecane Profil 2 56cm

The Motobecane Profil 2 is an icon of the aerodynamic bicycles' boom in the 1980s. Tested in Motobecane's wind tunnel, this bicycle was designed for a low wind resistance and an efficient air penetration at high speeds. This was managed by using oval shaped Aero 2040 steel tubes and enigmatic Shimano Adamas AX components such as the famous "delta" style centre pull brakes.

This exemplar is painted in the original blue color and beside Shimano parts, it also sports a 3ttt Record stem, a Selle San Marco Concor saddle and Continental Dynamic Classic tires.
