1985 Batavus Criterium 54cm

A really neat Batavus Criterium from around 1985 in a rich metallic silver colour. The Criterium was one model below the top-of-the line Professional and is made from solid Reynolds 501 steel and features Gipiemme dropouts. Unlike the Professional the Criterium was made to be fast but also practical: it has front and rear eyelets so attaching racks/mudguards is far easier.

The original paint and decals are in top condition. The bike is paired with a complete Shimano Golden Arrow groupset (this was the predecessor to 105) which is full of its own bling.
