1975 Peugeot PX8 58cm

This 1975 Peugeot PX8 has stepped out of a time-machine. The characteristically detailed black lugs with gold edging sit proudly on a deep purple paint job that looks almost like it does the day it left the factory.  

New Ergotec handlebar adds comfort to the ride, Tektro brake levers improve the original braking and plush Hermanns lockable grips add modern comfort for the hands. The Brooks saddle may not be original but its from the right time period and the perfect (and most comfortable) saddle for such a bike. The rest remains original.

The high flange hubs still shine and spin smoothly, Simplex 5x2 gears, Mavac Racer brakes, aluminium fenders and rear bag carrier even the front/rear lights still work with the original dynamo. Components still have their metallic lustre - hence an old bike thats not been ridden all that much - the orginal pump and Peugeot bell are still there.

This 58cm c-t frame is suitable for people approximately 170-180cm.
