This Romany is the ideal road bike for someone who wants to try out cycling as a sport without breaking the bank. The frame is made from lightweight oversized aluminium and features a pretty unique internal cable routing for the gear cables and sleek a sleek aero profile on the fork and seat stays. 

The bike is kitted with Shimano RX100 components including 8x2 gears with integrated shifters (shifters are in the brake lever) and powerful dual-pivot brake callipers. UNO threadless stem makes it easier to adjust the riding position than a traditional quil stem. 

New Elvedes stainless steel brake and gear cables, new Elvedes cartridge brake pads and new Bike Ribbon Professional bar tape. The bike weighs about 10kg. 

Clip pedals can be changed for flats

57cm centre to is suitable for people approximately 168-175cm.

About Romany

Romany is the house brand of Ad van Overveld from Zegge, Netherlands. The business was started in 1933 to by Ad's father. Together with his son Bas he made frames under the name Romany. In addition to making bicycles, Ad is also a deserving cyclist. He was the first national champion among the aspirants. Success has also been achieved on his bicycles. Huub Maas won the 2002 Run-Bike-Run (Duathlon) World Championship on a Romany . Ad van Overveld's bicycle shop is still located at Lieve Vrouwenstraat 181 in Zegge.
